Rift River is a Dream World level. After catching up with the rift in The Wanderlands, Tak is sent here. Here, Tak must use his Canoe to race down the river, which is made of this strange pinkish blue energy. The river goes through waves and DNAs and there are many holes in the river for Tak to fall through. There are also large gaps for Tak to jump across with juju hover. After a long journey, Tak makes it to the rift at the end. He is then sent to the Dream Fortress to battle Pins and Needles.

- This is the only Tak 2 level to have no items, no enemies, or no animals.
- Tak can also see some buildings, giving this place a dream world level.
